Building a Legacy for Plainfield Baseball
The Plainfield RBI Club has operated as a registered nonprofit since 2017. Today, we are advancing the program through foundational structural enhancements designed to provide long-term stability and growth for Plainfield Baseball:
Digital Hub: Developing this permanent website to serve as a central communication hub, digital archive for team history, and a platform for community engagement.
Shared Leadership: Establishing a volunteer board to provide oversight and strategic direction.
Operational Transparency: Defining clear roles and responsibilities to ensure our donors understand the direct impact of their support.
Why We Invest
High school sports are evolving, and top programs across Indiana are integrating advanced technology and modern facilities. To rise to this “state’s top echelon,” we proactively pursue additional resources that fall outside the scope of standard athletic department funding. These investments matter because they:
- Modernize Training: Integrating tools like the AWRE System and Rapsodo 2.0 to provide metrics that college and professional recruiters rely on.
- Strengthen the Pipeline: Creating consistency across all three teams in the program to improve the development of every player.
- Foster Community Pride: Building elite facilities that attract families who value strong academics and premier athletics.
Our Long-Term Commitment
Our vision extends far beyond a single season. Every contribution helps build more than just fields and equipment—it builds opportunity, tradition, and a lasting culture of excellence for generations of Quakers to come.
